We are a boutique data agency based in Arzignano, in the province of Vicenza, Italy. We work with a few clients at a time, so that every project gets our direct attention.

Our story

Born from a shared vision.

Ermilani Consulting was founded in 2023 by its two partners, Nicola Ermilani and Vanessa Elisa Hanks, from a shared vision: to help businesses decide with clear, reliable, always up-to-date numbers, without the complexity and cost of a large consultancy.

Before starting our company we studied and worked in the United States for more than 10 years combined: American universities, American companies, American pace and standards. That is where we learned to build data systems that actually work, and today we bring that experience to companies in Italy and beyond.

We work with SMEs and growing companies in Italy and abroad, with experience in Healthcare, Food & Beverage, SaaS and Education. For development we are supported by a network of selected technical partners, coordinated directly by us.

Co-Founder & CEO

Nicola Ermilani

With a Business Administration degree from Gonzaga University and a Master's in Information Technology from Florida International University, Nicola worked as an analyst for American companies before founding Ermilani Consulting. Leads every project personally: from the first consultation to the data architecture, the dashboards, management control and AI. Works with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Power BI and Tableau and is a Tableau Certified Data Analyst.
