Data warehouse for SMEs: one source of truth

ERP, CRM, e-commerce, Excel files and campaigns in one organised store, refreshed automatically, on Microsoft Fabric or Snowflake. The foundation for reporting, management control and AI.

Sound familiar?

When data lives in ten different places.

  • Answering a simple question means combining three systems and two Excel files.
  • Your ERP does not keep history the way you need it to compare years.
  • Every report reads the data its own way and the totals never match.
  • Heavy exports slow down the ERP during working hours.
What we build

A data store designed for decisions.

Tailored architecture

A data warehouse or lakehouse sized to your volumes, on Microsoft Fabric or Snowflake, with no servers to manage.

Source integration

ERP, accounting, CRM, e-commerce, GA4, ad platforms and shared files in one place.

Reliable history

We keep the history of your data, so you can compare months and years even when systems change.

Dimensional model

Tables organised by customer, product, time and location: fast to query and easy to understand.

Quality checks

Automated completeness and consistency checks, with alerts when something does not add up.

Documentation

Every table and definition documented: the platform stays yours and understandable over time.

A concrete result

One client spent 45 minutes every day downloading and refreshing data in Power BI. With Microsoft Fabric and a lakehouse the refresh became automatic: today that time is zero.

Tools

Modern platforms, costs under control.

We choose the platform based on existing licences, volumes and budget. For many SMEs Microsoft Fabric fits naturally with Power BI and Microsoft 365; Snowflake is ideal when flexibility and vendor independence matter.

  • Microsoft Fabric
  • Lakehouse
  • Snowflake
  • SQL
  • Python
  • Power BI
  • Tableau

A good fit if

  • Your data sits in several systems with nowhere to see it together.
  • You want multi-year trends without rebuilding history by hand.
  • You are about to change ERP and do not want to lose your data history.
  • You want data ready for dashboards, management control or AI.

Not a fit if

  • You have one data source and a few reports: a directly connected dashboard is probably enough.
  • You only need file storage or backups.
FAQ

Data warehouse: common questions.

What is a data warehouse and why does an SME need one?

It is a central store where data from your business systems is collected, cleaned and organised for analysis. For an SME it means one version of the numbers, reliable history and fast reports, without overloading the ERP.

What is the difference between a data warehouse and a lakehouse?

A data warehouse holds data already structured for analysis; a lakehouse, like Microsoft Fabric's, also keeps raw data in the same place. In practice, a lakehouse makes it easier to add sources and prepare data for AI.

Microsoft Fabric or Snowflake?

If you already use Microsoft 365 and Power BI, Fabric is often the most integrated and economical choice. Snowflake is very strong when you need high performance, multi-cloud or vendor independence. We work with both and advise based on your data.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is the same for everyone: three monthly packages, with €1,000 off per month for the first 12 months. Even the first project can start directly on a monthly package. Platform licences are paid directly to the vendor. See the packages on the homepage.

How long does it take?

A first data warehouse with the main sources typically takes 6–12 weeks, depending on the number of systems and the quality of the starting data.
