What is the difference between a management control consultant and an accountant?
Your accountant handles bookkeeping, financial statements and compliance. Management control uses that data, together with operational data, to guide decisions during the year: margins, budgets, forecasts and variances. We work alongside your accountant, not instead of them.
Do we need to change our ERP?
No. We connect to the systems you already use: ERP, accounting, CRM and Excel files. If a system has no direct connection, we automate its exports.
How long until the first dashboard?
After the free consultation, building the first dashboard typically takes 6–12 weeks, depending on the number of sources and the quality of the starting data.
How much does management control cost for an SME?
Pricing is the same for everyone: three monthly packages, with €1,000 off per month for the first 12 months. Even the first project can start directly on a monthly package. See the packages and comparison on the homepage.
Does it work if we mostly use Excel today?
Yes, that is the most common starting point. We start from the files you use today, connect them to the original sources and gradually replace them with a data model that refreshes itself.
